The main floors are tiled and the bedrooms are carpeted. The house is furnished with contemporary fixtures and custom painting. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and connects to the two car garage. The open kitchen has granite counter tops, two sinks, and a long bar with bar seating for four. The appliances are stainless steel including a gas range and a 52 bottle wine cooler. If you want to cook and entertain outdoors, there is a custom outdoor bar & gas grill. Keep your drinks cold in the bar fridge and sit at the granite slab bar.
All three bedrooms have in suite bathrooms in which each have a shower/bathtub. The master bedroom has a separate shower and oversize bathtub. The fireplace in the master bedroom is double sided and opens into the master bedroom and the bathtub. The master bedroom steps out to the pool and Jacuzzi and also features a 42 in. LCD flat screen TV and king bed. The living room features a wood burning & gas fireplace and a custom home theater system. Watch DVDs or record, play movies from the DVR. There is a 61in. flat screen HDTV with 5.1 surround sound. You can also play your own music through the iPod dock. The universal remote is RF so you can control the system anywhere in the house and on the patio. The system allows for control over two entertainment zones: the great room and the patio pool area. You can watch a movie in the living room while someone listens to music by the pool.
